City of Cole Camp, MO Article V Commissioners

Section 115.160 Creation of Offices — Water Commissioner, Sewer Commissioner, Street Commissioner and Park Commissioner.

A. There is hereby created the office of Water Commissioner, Sewer Commissioner, Street Commissioner and Park Commissioner respectively to be appointed by the Mayor to hold such office until his/her successor is appointed and qualified.

B. The qualifications of each Commissioner appointed shall be that the person appointed to each respective office shall be a duly elected member of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Cole Camp, Missouri.

C. It shall be the duty of the Commissioner appointed to each of the respective offices created hereunder to supervise, manage, administer and handle all things and matters pertaining to the construction, maintenance and administration of the respective department of the City Government to which he/she is appointed.
