A.
The Board of Aldermen has duly made the finding that the creation of the Junge Memorial Library Commission would be in the best interests of the City of Cole Camp, Missouri.
B.
Hereby creating the Junge Memorial Library Commission, organized for purposes of exercising the responsibilities of submission of recommendations to the Board of Aldermen for maintenance and considerations on proposed plans and the general well being of the building and grounds, plus any future work or additions to the property or building.
C.
The Junge Memorial Library Commission shall be composed of three (3) persons.
D.
Membership of the Junge Memorial Library Commission shall be comprised as follows:
1.
All members shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Aldermen in compliance with Section 115.020.
2.
Terms of first (1st) appointments of the Library Commission shall be six (6) years. Except the first (1st) members shall be appointed six (6) years; four (4) years; two (2) years respectively, except that all vacancies shall be filled for unexpired terms in the same manner as with the original appointments.
3.
All members shall have the opportunity to be reappointed after serving their respective terms.
4.
The Library Commission members shall appoint their Chairman and promulgate their own rules.
