Editor's Note: This article was formerly designated as Ch. 42, Salaries and Compensation, Art. I, Board of Supervisors, but said chapter was retitled "Supervisors, Board of" and article retitled "Salaries and Compensation" by Ord. No. 316, adopted 9-16-2010. To fit the alphabetical organization of the Code, said chapter and article were redesignated as Ch. 49, Supervisors, Board of, Art. I, Salaries and Compensation.

Each supervisor of Forks Township elected or appointed to office
on or after the effective date of this section shall receive compensation
as a Supervisor in the annual amount of $4,125.

Such compensation shall be paid in monthly installments.

No Township Supervisor shall at the same time hold any other
elective or appointive Township office or position; provided that
a Township Supervisor may be appointed as Secretary-Treasurer and/or
a Planning Commission member.
No Township Supervisor shall at the same time be a paid employee
of the Township; provided that a Township Supervisor may be appointed
as a paid Secretary-Treasurer.
No current or future Township Supervisor shall become a paid
employee of the Township for two years after the Township Supervisor's
term of office has ended.
