There shall be created the position of Zoning Officer of the
City. He shall be appointed by the City Council and shall hold office
for a period of one year. The term shall expire on December 31 of
each year.

It shall be the duty of the Zoning Officer to enforce and administer the provisions of Chapter 380, Zoning, as directed by the Planning Board and City Council.
