A.
It shall be unlawful for any person, if in a public place, to purposely cause inconvenience, annoyance or alarm to others or to recklessly create a risk of such public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm.

It shall be unlawful for any person, if in a public place, to revel, carouse, disport or otherwise behave in a noisy, boisterous or rambunctious manner, including shouting or emitting loud noises unnecessarily.
C.
It shall be unlawful for any person, if in a public place, to engage in fighting, to engage in threatening behavior, to push, shove or jostle those about him or to otherwise subject others to any unwarranted touching.
D.
It shall be unlawful for any person, if in a public place, to disrupt or disturb the public peace, tranquility and dignity without just cause to do so.
