A commission is hereby established to be known as the "Shade
Tree Commission of the Borough of West Reading," said Commission to
have exclusive custody and control of the shade trees in said Borough.

The Commission shall be composed of five residents of the Borough,
who shall be appointed by the Borough Council and shall have the power
vested in shade tree commissions by the Borough Code of 2014 and its
amendments.[1]
