The maximum speed limit on roads herein designated situate within Pocono Township shall be as follows:
A. 
Brookdale Road (T-576):
(1) 
Direction of travel: From S.R. 0611 to a point 880 feet from intersection of Dyson Road on Brookdale Road.
(a) 
Twenty-five miles per hour begins at S.R. 0611 (at 0 + 00) and continues at 25 miles per hour until a point 880 feet beyond Dyson Road intersection (57 + 98).
(2) 
Direction of travel: From a point 880 feet beyond intersection of Dyson Road on Brookdale Road to S.R. 0611.
(a) 
Twenty-five miles per hour begins at 57 + 98 and continues at 25 miles per hour until the end of Brookdale Road at S.R. 0611. (0+00).
B. 
Fish Hill Road:
(1) 
Direction of travel: From Learn Road to Cherry Lane Church Drive.
(a) 
Twenty-five miles per hour begins at 0 + 00 and ends at 4 + 90.
(b) 
Twenty miles per hour begins at 4 + 90 and ends at 12 + 20.
(c) 
Twenty-five miles per hour begins at 12 + 20 and ends at 31 + 20.
(d) 
Forty miles per hour begins at 31 + 20 and ends at 55 + 00.
(e) 
Thirty-five miles per hour begins at 55 + 00 and ends at 65 + 40.
(f) 
Thirty miles per hour begins at 65 + 40 and ends at 70 + 00.
(g) 
Forty miles per hour begins at 70 + 00 and ends at 78 + 00.
(h) 
Thirty miles per hour begins at 78 + 00 and ends at 93 + 50.
(i) 
Forty miles per hour begins at 93 + 50 and ends at 117 + 50.
(j) 
Twenty-five miles per hour begins at 117 + 50 and ends at 135 + 59.
(2) 
Direction of travel: From Cherry Lane Church Drive to Learn Road.
(a) 
Twenty-five miles per hour begins at 135 + 59 and ends at 117 + 50.
(b) 
Forty miles per hour begins at 117 + 50 and ends at 96 + 00.
(c) 
Thirty miles per hour begins at 96 + 00 and ends at 76 + 00.
(d) 
Forty miles per hour begins at 76 + 00 and ends at 70 + 50.
(e) 
Thirty miles per hour begins at 70 + 50 and ends at 63 + 50.
(f) 
Thirty-five miles per hour begins at 63 + 50 and ends at 51 + 00.
(g) 
Forty miles per hour begins at 51 + 00 and ends at 38 + 00.
(h) 
Twenty-five miles per hour begins at 38 + 00 and ends at 11 + 00.
(i) 
Twenty miles per hour begins at 11 + 00 and ends at 0 + 00.
C. 
Learn Road:
(1) 
Direction of travel: From Begin Station 0 + 00 (at S.R. 0611) toward End Station 61 + 50 (at S.R. 0611).
(a) 
Thirty-five miles per hour begins at 0 + 00 and ends at 27 + 85.
(b) 
Twenty-five miles per hour begins at 27 + 85 and ends at 61 + 50.
(2) 
Direction of travel: From End Station 61 + 50 (at S.R. 0611) toward Begin Station 0 + 00 (at S.R. 0611).
(a) 
Twenty-five miles per hour begins at 61 + 50 and ends at 24 + 25.
(b) 
Thirty-five miles per hour begins at 24 + 25 and ends at 0 + 00.
D. 
Bog Road shall have a maximum speed limit of 25 miles per hour for its entire length.
E. 
Back Mountain Road shall have a maximum speed limit of 35 miles per hour for its entire length.
F. 
Tara Drive shall have a maximum speed limit of 25 miles per hour for its entire length.
G. 
Bull Pine Road shall have a maximum speed limit of 25 miles per hour for its entire length
H. 
Terrace Drive shall have a maximum speed limit of 25 miles per hour for its entire length.
I. 
Post Hill Road shall have a maximum speed limit of 25 miles per hour for its entire length.
Any person who shall violate any of the speed limits established by this article shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in Pennsylvania's Motor Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3361 et seq.

The Township shall post all roads identified in this Article I with official traffic control devices (speed limit signs) erected in accordance with the Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Code, 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 3362, and the regulations of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.
