The City's Attorney shall be the legal advisor to the City Council,
the City Manager and to other departments and officers of the City
through the City Manager. The City's Attorney shall represent the
City in legal proceedings or matters in which the City is interested
and may attend the meetings of the City Council as requested.[1]
