(a) 
General. A vendor is authorized to sell food, beverages, merchandise or services from a designated location on property owned by the City of Port Huron who holds a vendors license and has a specific park license agreement with the City allowing such vending.
(b) 
License agreements. License agreements under this division must be approved by the Special Events Committee.
(c) 
Vendor license period. Vendor licenses shall cover a period of up to one calendar year from January 1 through December 31.
(d) 
Rules and regulations. The City Manager, or his or her designee(s), shall have the authority to promulgate rules and regulations regarding the operation and implementation of this division.
