[Adopted as § 31.33 of the Village Code]
Except as otherwise specifically provided in this article, all provisions of § 254.92, Wis. Stats., and as the same may hereafter be amended from time to time, describing and defining regulations with respect to the purchase and possession of tobacco products by children, are hereby adopted and by reference made a part of this article as if fully set forth herein. Any act required to be performed or which is prohibited by any statute incorporated herein by reference is required or prohibited by this article. The penalty for violation of any provision of this article shall be imposed as provided by § 1-3 of this Code.
