A.
There
is established a non-burning district in the City of King City, Missouri,
which encompasses all that area where there is a commercial fire rated
risk as defined and contained in the King City Town Index rated by
the Missouri Fire Inspection Bureau and within one hundred (100) feet
of each commercial fire rated risk. Also, included is all future commercial
rated risks and the area within one hundred (100) feet thereof.
B.
The
Board of Aldermen deems the area above defined as a high danger burning
area of any and all materials.
C.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, association, corporation or any person whatsoever to burn any and all material within the district as set out in Subsection (A). For heating and air conditioning purposes, it is permissible to burn within the enclosed main structured building or basement thereof.
