(a) 
Costs taxed by the municipal court shall be $35 but may be changed from time to time by ordinance of the Town Council.
(b) 
All payments shall be made in the office of the Town Clerk, then to be deposited in the general treasury of the Town.

The provisions of the Town Charter shall apply to the municipal court to the extent that such provisions are not inconsistent with the ordinance. To the extent that such provisions are inconsistent, the provisions of this chapter shall control.

The compensation of the Judge of the Municipal Court shall be $6,555 annually, unless otherwise amended by ordinance.

On or before October 1 of every year, the Town Clerk shall prepare a report for the Mayor and the Town Council outlining the activities of the court for the preceding year.
