A. 
Performance Requirement. The dwelling unit shall afford the family adequate space and security.
B. 
Except for efficiency living units, each dwelling unit shall have:
1. 
A living room.
2. 
Kitchen area (does not need to be a separate room).
3. 
Bathroom (toilet must be a separate, private room).
4. 
One (1) bedroom or living/sleeping room of one hundred (100) square feet for each two (2) persons.
