As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
SMOKING
The carrying by a person of a lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe or other lighted smoking device used for tobacco or the carrying by a person of an electronic cigarette.
TOBACCO USE
Use, including smoking and the use of smokeless tobacco in any form.
All Township-owned property (including, but not limited to, the Municipal Building, Police Building, Maintenance Building and parking lots), vehicles, equipment and all areas of parks, playgrounds, recreational fields and open space areas in the Township of Pocono are hereby designated tobacco-free and electronic-cigarette-free, and the use of any tobacco product or electronic cigarette product shall be prohibited hereafter.
