Various streets, roads and certain areas of private property in Jackson Township are designated as fire lanes, and no vehicle shall be parked therein or thereon:

B. 
The Township shall erect signs designating said area as fire lanes and prohibiting parking.
C. 
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this section shall pay a fine as provided for in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.[1]

A. 
The Jackson Township Board of Supervisors may, from time to time, by resolution, designate parking areas exclusively for handicapped parking purposes.
B. 
The Jackson Township Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes and empowers the Jackson Township Police Force to post such designated areas in accordance with departmental regulations and levy fines to any person, firm or corporation violating this section in whole or in part in an area designated exclusively for handicapped parking purposes. The Jackson Township Police Force is further authorized and empowered to enforce the handicapped parking regulations on private property when such property owner has so requested the same in writing.
C. 
Any person violating the provisions of this section shall pay a fine as provided for in the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code.
