Any applicant or person aggrieved by a decision of the Township Manager, the Board of Supervisors and/or the Township or a notice or order issued under this Part
1 shall have the right of appeal to the Township Zoning Hearing Board established by the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter
27), provided that a written application for an appeal is filed within 30 days after receipt of said decision, notice or order, except that appeals from the issuance of a written notification of a violation of this Part
1 (as referenced in §
26-181) shall be filed within 10 days after the receipt of such written notification of violation. Any such written application for an appeal must be filed along with payment of an appeal hearing fee in an amount set from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. An application for appeal shall be based on a claim that the true intent of this Part
1 or the rules legally adopted hereunder has been incorrectly interpreted, or the provisions of this Part
1 do not fully apply. The Township Zoning Hearing Board shall hold a public hearing and render a determination on the appeal in accordance with the requirements of Article IX of the MPC, 53 P.S. § 10901 et seq., as amended.
