The CC Commercial Corridor District includes lands strategically
located at intersections of state roads or along major traffic routes.
These areas are located along major routes in order to be developed
for commercial activities and amenities that support local and regional
needs and industry.
Uses are authorized in Part
27 of this chapter and subject to the provisions of said Part
27.
Authorized uses and yard and bulk requirements specified in this Part
6 shall be further subject to the standards of §
27-1513, Performance standards, of this chapter.
