Any person found to be violating any provision of this Part 3, except Article V, shall be served by the Village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations. The Village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this Part 3.
Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 265-76 shall be guilty of an ordinance violation, and on conviction thereof shall be subject to penalties as set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, of the Village Code.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this Part 3 shall become liable to the Village for civil damages by reason of such violation.
