It shall be unlawful for any minor:
the age of twelve (12) years or under to be in or upon any public street, highway, alley, road, park, playground, public grounds, public place or public building, place of amusement and entertainment, vacant lot or any other unsupervised place in the City between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, on weekdays, and between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, on weekends; or [Ord. the age of thirteen (13) to age seventeen (17) to be in or upon any public street, highway, alley, road, park, playground, public grounds, public place or public building, place of amusement and entertainment, vacant lot or any other unsupervised place in the City between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day, on weekdays, and between the hours of 12:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., on weekends;
unless such minor is attending to urgent business and can give a satisfactory reason for being in or upon the places hereinbefore mentioned, or is accompanied by a parent, guardian, adult relative or adult friend approved by a parent or guardian. When upon such lawful errands, it shall be deemed a violation of this Section for any such minor to loiter or linger or ride aimlessly upon the streets, highways, alleys, roads or public places in the City, but such minor must transact such business as speedily as possible.
