§ 121-1 Operation on sidewalks prohibited; exception.

It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any bicycles, tricycles, skateboards, roller blades, roller skates, and scooters, whether motorized or not, or any other conveyance upon any sidewalk within the Commercial District of the Village of Granville as defined by Chapter 285, Zoning and Land Development, of the Village Code. It shall not be a violation of this chapter if any of the prohibited means of conveyance are used by a person who is unable to walk.

§ 121-2 Penalty.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be fined $25 for the first violation and $50 for any second or subsequent violation.
