The fees shall be as follows:
A. 
Vital records.
(1) 
Birth, marriage and death certificates: $10.
(2) 
Burial permit: $5.
B. 
Tax sale certificate.
(1) 
Duplicate third-party tax sale certificate (certificate of redemption): $100.
C. 
Fingerprinting.
(1) 
Borough residents: no cost.
(2) 
Nonresidents: $15.
D. 
Charge for mailing tax sale notices, in addition to cost of sale to comply with rules promulgated by the State of New Jersey in order to conduct an electronic tax sale:

First notice: $25.

Second notice: $25.

Proof of residency in the Borough of Runnemede must be submitted before fingerprinting. Proof shall be in the form of a driver's license, voter registration card, tax, sewer, CCMUA or utility bill or lease.
