Bad check fees for checks issued to Lower Swatara Township,
Lower Swatara Township Tax Collector, or any departments thereof and
the Municipal Authority of Lower Swatara Township or any department
thereof shall be assessed against the account owners.

The fee for bad check charges shall be set from time to time
by Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Lower Swatara Township
for checks issued to Lower Swatara Township, Lower Swatara Township
Tax Collector, or a specific department thereof and by the Municipal
Authority of Lower Swatara Township with regard to checks issued to
the Municipal Authority.
