A. 
No person or persons shall place in any public street or on the sidewalk of any public street any fixed or portable basket used for the playing of basketball or any other sport for which such an apparatus can be used.
B. 
Placing of card tables of any kind in the Township streets shall also be prohibited.
C. 
Authorized block parties by block associations shall be exempt from this provision.
Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of a violation of the terms of this article shall be subject to the penalty set forth in Chapter 1, Article III, Penalties, of the Township Code. The person or persons responsible for placing the above items in the Township streets shall be subjected to the aforementioned fines.
