Except for Village maintenance vehicles and emergency service
vehicles, all motorized vehicles are prohibited from the Waterfront
Pathway, west of the easterly boundary line of the Carey Lumberyard
property, where said boundary line is intersected by the Waterfront
Pathway.
The Waterfront Pathway shall be open to the public each day
from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset.
No person shall take, attempt to take or kill, injure or unnecessarily
disturb any, waterfowl, birds or animals, other than fish, on or from
the Waterfront Pathway.
No person shall deface, disturb, destroy or remove any part
of the Waterfront Pathway, whether such part be a sign, equipment,
shrub, fence, tree or other material found within the Waterfront Pathway.
No water vessel or watercraft shall be launched from the Waterfront
Pathway except in areas designated for such launching.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter
shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punished by a fine of
up to $250 and/or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15 days,
in addition, to any other applicable provision of law.
