A. 
It is anticipated that a walkway will be developed along the southerly and easterly bank of the Keuka Lake outlet, starting at the pedestrian bridge over the outlet just west of the Liberty Street Bridge, proceeding thence westerly and thence southerly to the shore of Keuka Lake and to Red Jacket Park.
B. 
Such walkway shall be known as the "Waterfront Pathway," shall be 20 feet in width, a distance of 10 feet in each direction from the apparent centerline of the installed Waterfront Pathway improvement.
C. 
The Waterfront Pathway shall be subject to the rules and regulations set out herein and shall not be subject to the rules and regulations contained in the Parks and Playgrounds chapter of this Code.
Except for Village maintenance vehicles and emergency service vehicles, all motorized vehicles are prohibited from the Waterfront Pathway, west of the easterly boundary line of the Carey Lumberyard property, where said boundary line is intersected by the Waterfront Pathway.
The Waterfront Pathway shall be open to the public each day from 30 minutes before sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset.
A. 
Camping on the Waterfront Pathway is prohibited.
B. 
Fires on the Waterfront Pathway are prohibited.
No person shall take, attempt to take or kill, injure or unnecessarily disturb any, waterfowl, birds or animals, other than fish, on or from the Waterfront Pathway.
A. 
No person shall disturb the peace and good order on the Waterfront Pathway by fighting, quarreling or wrangling with loud voices or shouts, threatening by violence to the person or property of others or engaging in riotous clamor or tumult.
B. 
No person shall refuse to comply with a lawful order of the police or other Village personnel to disperse or leave the Waterfront Pathway.
No person shall deface, disturb, destroy or remove any part of the Waterfront Pathway, whether such part be a sign, equipment, shrub, fence, tree or other material found within the Waterfront Pathway.
No water vessel or watercraft shall be launched from the Waterfront Pathway except in areas designated for such launching.
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punished by a fine of up to $250 and/or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 15 days, in addition, to any other applicable provision of law.
