Appeals of orders, requirements, decisions, interpretations or determinations.
The Zoning Board of Appeals may reverse or affirm, wholly or partly,
or may modify the order, requirement, decision, interpretation, or
determination appealed and shall make such order, requirement, decision,
interpretation, or determination that in the opinion of the ZBA ought
to have been made in the matter by the City of Newburgh Building Inspector
or other administrative official charged with the enforcement of this
chapter.
