A re-subdivision of an existing lot or parcel which results
in the creation of no more than one (1) additional lot or parcel shall
only require the submittal of a final plat in accordance with lot
split requirements of this Chapter.

A re-subdivision of an existing lot or parcel which results in the creation of two (2) or more additional lots or parcels shall require the submittal of both a preliminary plat and a final plat in accordance with Articles
IV and
V of this Chapter.

The City Engineer shall review said re-subdivision to determine
if the existing infrastructure (i.e., sewer lines, water lines, streets,
etc.) needs to be upgraded as a result of the creation of an additional
lot or lots. If upgrading is needed, the re-subdivider shall be responsible
for the improvements.
