1.
This chapter shall repeal and replace Chapter 8, Floodplains, of the Manheim Township Code of Ordinances in its entirety. All other provisions of the Township Code of Ordinances shall remain in full force and effect.
2.
This chapter shall be effective on December 16, 2015, and shall remain
in force until modified, amended or rescinded by Township of Manheim,
York County, Pennsylvania.
