It is in the best interest of the Village of Livonia and the
residents thereof that the number of Trustees to serve upon a Village
Board shall be increased from the present number of two to the number
of four.
The Village Clerk is authorized and directed to prepare a notice
of special election[1] and provide that it be published in the Livonia Gazette
calling for an election on the above proposition in the Town Clerk's
office in the Village of Livonia on the 7th day of December 1970,
between the hours of 12:00 noon and 9:00 p.m.
