§ 12-1 Membership. [1]

The Borough of Yeadon hereby joins with each of the aforementioned municipalities[2] and shall become a member of the Delaware County Council of Governments in accordance with the Bylaws of the Delaware County Council of Governments, and laws, agreements or contracts which apply.

§ 12-2 Bylaws.

The Bylaws of the Delaware County Council of Governments, attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved, and such bylaws may be amended from time to time by a voting representation of all member municipalities of the Delaware County Council Of Governments.
