A. 
A one-bedroom single-family house located in the R-1 Zoning District shall have a minimum habitable floor area of 1,000 square feet and an additional 150 square feet for each additional bedroom.
B. 
A one-bedroom single-family house located in the R-2 Zoning District shall have a minimum habitable floor area of 880 square feet and an additional 150 square feet for each additional bedroom.
