The provisions of this article imposing a time limit on parking
shall not relieve any person of the duty to observe other and more
restrictive provisions prohibiting or limiting the stopping, standing
or parking of vehicles as set forth in N.J.S.A. 39:4-138 or any other
New Jersey statute or as hereinafter provided.
No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof described in Schedule A (§
432-32), attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall stop or stand a vehicle during the times specified in Schedule C (§
432-34), of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule C, attached to and made a part of this chapter.
No person shall park a vehicle for longer than the time limit shown in Schedule D (§
432-35) at any time between the hours listed in said Schedule D, of any day, unless otherwise indicated, upon any of the streets or parts of streets described in said Schedule D, attached to and made a part of this chapter.

Parking shall be prohibited at all times for all motor vehicles,
except those motor vehicles operated by persons who have been issued
special vehicle identification cards by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle
Commission pursuant to N.J.S.A. 39:4-205 and 39:4-197.5, on streets
or other public areas of the Borough of Penns Grove appropriately
designated as restricted parking areas for a person with a disability.
Any person convicted of parking a motor vehicle in such a parking
area so designated who has not been issued such a special vehicle
identification card shall be subject to the penalty provided in N.J.S.A.
39:4-197(3)c.
A. Two parking
spaces for persons with disabilities will be set forth in front of
the residence at 9 Pearl Street, Penns Grove, New Jersey 08069.
B. Restricted
parking areas.
(1) Pursuant
to the authority granted to this municipality by N.J.S.A. 39:4-197.6,
a restricted parking area shall be located as close as practicable
to the front of the following residences, to be used by the person
with a disability residing therein, if a windshield placard or wheelchair
symbol license plates have been issued for a vehicle owned by the
person with a disability residing within the residence, or by another
occupant of the residence who is a member of the immediate family
of the person with a disability, by the Motor Vehicle Commission:

(2) No person, other than those persons authorized in this Subsection
B, shall be permitted to park in these restricted spaces.
(3) The
restricted parking spaces established herein shall be properly marked
and posted in accordance with applicable law.
No person shall park a motor home, boat trailer, travel trailer
or tractor-trailer truck on any of the Borough streets between the
hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

The parking of tractor-trailer trucks is prohibited at all times,
applying to all streets and properties existing within the Borough
of Penns Grove, except when the vehicle is owned by a Borough resident,
and the vehicle is being kept on said resident's property without
the motor running or when the vehicle is being utilized in the picking
up and delivery of materials within the Borough limits. This second
exception will apply when utilized in the picking up and delivery
of materials. This exception will apply for no more than one hour
during any pickup or delivery period and at no time will apply to
the parking of these vehicles on Borough streets.

A. No operator of a vehicle shall stand or park a vehicle within 20
feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station or on the side of
a street opposite the entrance to any fire station within 75 feet
of said entrance.
B. The prohibited area shall be designated by yellow markings and signs
that will be erected notifying the public of said parking restriction.
