A Shade Tree Commission is hereby created in and for the City
of Lock Haven. Said Commission shall be constituted as provided by
the Third Class City Code, Act of 1931, June 23, P.L. 932, Article
XXXVIII, as amended, 53 P.S. § 38801 et seq.,[1] and shall perform all the duties and may exercise all
the powers conferred by law upon shade tree commissions of cities
of the third class.

The Shade Tree Commission may assess penalties of not more than $25 for each and every violation of any regulation of such Commission or of any of the provisions of Article XXXVIII of the Third Class City Code, cited in § 30-19, so far as it relates to shade trees.
