The following enumerated sections of the Wisconsin Statutes,
excluding all penalty provisions therein in connection with the herein
described offenses, are hereby adopted and by incorporation and by
reference made a part of this Code as if fully set forth herein. Any
future amendments, revisions or modifications of the herein adopted
and incorporated statutory provisions are intended to be made part
of this Code.
A. Chapter 940, Crimes Against Life and Bodily Security. The statutory
provisions set forth in Chapter 940, Crimes Against Life and Bodily
Security, of the Wisconsin Statutes are hereby adopted and by incorporation
and reference made a part of this Code as if fully set forth herein:

forth in Chapter 951, Crimes Against Animals, of the Wisconsin Statutes
are hereby adopted and by incorporation and reference made a part
of this Code as if fully set forth herein.
K. Chapter 961, Uniform Controlled Substances Act. The statutory provisions
set forth in Chapter 961, Uniform Controlled Substances Act, of the
Wisconsin Statutes are hereby adopted and by incorporation and reference
made a part of this Code as if fully set forth herein:

(3) Section 961.41, Prohibited acts A – penalties.
This chapter shall in no way be deemed to supplant or otherwise
invalidate any provision of state statutes relating to the subject
matter hereof. Any person entrusted with the enforcement of this chapter
may, in the exercise of his or her discretion, proceed under the applicable
state statutes.
This chapter shall be enforced by the Adams County Sheriff's
Office or persons deputized by the Adams County Sheriff. This chapter
shall apply to any person 14 years of age or older.
