The existence of basketball nets and/or apparatus extending
into the street from the curb will now be prohibited.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
article shall be punishable by one or more of the following: imprisonment
in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, a fine not exceeding
$2,000, or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days. A
violation of this article will result in a fine of no more than $150
for the first offense.
