No person other than an employee in the service of the Town
of Ipswich or an employee in the service of an independent contractor
acting for the Town of Ipswich shall leave snow or ice on a public
way and/or sidewalk.
The provisions of this bylaw shall be enforceable under MGL
c. 40, § 21D.
