Town of Middleborough, MA Article III Treasurer and Collector

§ 44-10 Election; term of office.

Beginning at the annual election to be held in 2002, and at the Town election every three years thereafter, the Town shall elect by ballot a Town officer to be known as the "Town Treasurer and Collector of Taxes" for a term of three years.
