No person shall place snow or ice in or on a public way so as to obstruct or otherwise impede vehicular traffic.

No person shall place snow or ice in or on a sidewalk within the limits of the public way so as to obstruct or otherwise impede pedestrian traffic.
Any person who breaches this bylaw shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50 for each offense, with each day that such impediment remains constituting a separate offense.
