There is hereby adopted by and for the Township that certain
document marked and designated as the "International Private Sewage
Disposal Code, 1995," as supplemented by the "1996 Supplement to the
International Private Sewage Disposal Code," published by the Building
Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., the International
Conference of Building Officials and the Southern Building Code Congress
International, Inc., which shall serve as the private sewage disposal
code for the Township and shall establish the minimum regulations
for the development of sewage disposal systems in buildings and structures.
A.
Section 101.1. Insert "Upper Makefield Township" for "name of jurisdiction."
B.
Section 106.4.2. Fee Schedule. The fees for all private sewage disposal
work shall be established by resolution of the Board of Supervisors,
as may be amended from time to time.
C.
Section 106.4.3. Fee Refunds. The Code official shall authorize the
refunding of fees in cases which the code official deems appropriate.
D.
Section 108.4. is amended to replace "specify offense" with "summary
offense"; to replace "amount" with "$1,000" and to replace "number
of days" with "30."
E.
Section 108.5. is amended to replace the first "amount" with "$300"
and to replace the second "amount" with "$1,000."
