The Board of Supervisors of Pocopson Township hereby adopts the International Fuel Gas Code, 2009 Edition, as now and hereafter supplemented, reissued, amended and revised as published by the International Code Council, Inc., as adopted by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, 34 Pa. Code § 403.21(a)(4). No appendices are adopted. Any liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) requirements in the International Fuel Gas Code are superseded by the requirements of the Pennsylvania Propane and Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act[1] and its regulations. One copy of the International Fuel Gas Code, 2009 Edition, is filed at the Township administrative offices and may be examined there without charge and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein.

The following amendments, additions, deletions and changes are hereby made to the International Fuel Gas Code, 2009 Edition:
A. 
Section 101.1 is amended by the insertion of "the Township of Pocopson" in the [NAME OF JURSIDICTION] blank.
B. 
Section 106.6.2 shall be amended as follows:
"106.6.2 Fee Schedule. The Board of Supervisors shall by resolution adopt a schedule of fees which shall be kept on file by the Township Secretary and shall be reviewed or amended as necessary by the Board of Supervisors."

Section 106.6.3 shall be amended as follows:
"Section 106.6.3. Return of Fees. The fee schedule adopted by the Board shall specify the amount or percentage and the circumstances when a fee may be refunded."
(2) 
Section 108.4 is amended as follows:
"Section 108.4. Violation penalties. Any person who shall violate a provision of the Code or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a summary offense, punishable by a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000 per day, plus costs and attorney's fees, and, upon default of the payment of the fine and cost, imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense."
(3) 
Section 108.5 shall be revised to insert [$100] and [$1,000] in the blanks.
