[NOTE: Pursuant to the provisions of Ord. 1030, adopted
4/17/2017, the language of this chapter has been revised throughout
to be gender-neutral. Said ordinance also provided that: "Where the
text of the current version of the Administrative Code makes reference
to other documents which are not presently drafted in a gender-neutral
context, the interpretation, use and construction of those revisions
shall be deemed to be gender-neutral in all respects until such time
as those provisions are formally amended to be expressly gender-neutral."]
