A. 
The City will fix, establish, maintain and collect such rates, fees or charges for water or water service furnished by or through the waterworks system of this City, including all extensions and improvements thereto hereafter constructed or acquired by this City, as will produce revenues sufficient to provide funds to pay the cost of the operation and maintenance of said waterworks system. None of the facilities or services afforded by the waterworks system of the City will be furnished to any user (excepting the City itself) without a reasonable charge being made therefor.
B. 
The rate for water service to customers of the waterworks system of City of Granby, Missouri, shall be as follows:
1. 
First two hundred (200) cubic feet or one thousand four hundred ninety-six (1,496) gallons: Twenty-four dollars fourteen cents ($24.14) minimum.
2. 
Next two thousand (2,000) cubic feet or thirteen thousand four hundred fifty-eight (13,458) gallons: one cent ($0.01) per cubic foot or $0.0014461 per gallon.
3. 
Over two thousand two hundred (2,200) cubic feet or fourteen thousand nine hundred sixty-two (14,962) gallons: $0.007 per cubic foot or $0.00072203 per gallon.
