Section 2-17 Default appointment procedure.

Except as expressly provided by state statute, the City Charter, or another provision of the City Code, the members of all City boards, commissions, committees, or other similar bodies shall be registered electors of the City appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the City Council.
