The following obligations due to the Township of Maplewood may be paid by credit cards, debit cards and electronic funds transfers pursuant to the aforementioned statute and regulations:[1]
A. 
Property taxes.
B. 
Sewer charges.

A. 
Convenience fees associated with credit cards, debit cards and electronic funds transfers shall be charged as follows:
(1) 
Automated clearinghouse or e-check: $1.05.
(2) 
Visa debit card: $3.95.
(3) 
All other debit and credit cards: $2.95%.
B. 
All of the aforementioned fees shall be an added convenience fee to the bill being paid.

A. 
The Township does hereby permit the use of an online service for the securing of permits and applications and the payment of any fees, incidental thereto, pursuant to policies and procedures implemented by the Township Administration;
B. 
The vendor retained by the Township, Stripe, Inc., may charge a convenience fee as agreed to and approved by the Township; and
C. 
Any convenience fee to be charged to the applicant shall clearly be disclosed to the applicant before the imposition of the convenience fee.
