A certain document, three (3) copies of which are on file in
the office of the City Clerk of the City of Kimberling City, being
marked and designated as the International Private Sewage Disposal
Code, 2021 Edition, as set forth in Appendix C[1] to Ord. No. 543, including Appendix Chapters, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Private Sewage Disposal Code of the City of Kimberling City in the State of Missouri regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of individual sewage disposal systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Private Sewage Disposal Code on file in the office of the City of Kimberling City are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Section, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in Section 500.140 of this Article.

The following Sections are hereby revised:
1.
Section 101.1. Insert: "City of Kimberling City."
2.
Delete Section 103 in its entirety.
3.
Delete Section 106.4.2 Fee Schedule in its entirety and replace with 106.4.2 Fee Schedule. See Section 705.050 of the Code of Ordinances of Kimberling City.
4.
Delete Section 106.4.3 in its entirety.
5.
Section 108.4 Insert: "ordinance violation," "five hundred dollars
($500.00)," "ninety (90)."
6.
Section 108.5 Insert: "ten dollars ($10.00)," "one hundred dollars
($100.00)."
7.
Delete Sections 109.1 through 109.7 in their entirety and replace with Section 109.1 Application for Appeal. See Chapter 400, Article XII, Board of Adjustment, of the Code of Ordinances of Kimberling City.
8.
Delete Section 405.2.5 in its entirety.
9.
Delete Section 405.2.6 in its entirety.
