A.
Any person violating any of the provisions of Chapter 500, adopted in the Kimberling City Municipal Code, shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in an amount not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or be imprisoned in the City or County Jail for a period not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
B.
Additionally, suspension of any contractor's license may be applicable
in accordance with Section 605.110(D) of this Code.
