(a)
Load limitations. No person shall operate any truck on Tuckie Road
having a gross weight in excess of 20,000 pounds unless such person
is engaged on a trip with a point of origin or point of destination
on Tuckie Road.
(b)
Violation. Any violation of the provisions of this article shall
subject the violator to a fine of not more than $99.
(c)
Provisions. The provisions of this article shall not apply to vehicles
owned or operated by the Town of Windham and any emergency/Fire Department
vehicle.
