It shall be unlawful for any person to conduct, sponsor, or
otherwise carry on for the purpose of profit any lewdness, assignation,
or prostitution in any house, room or structure. (Neb. RS 28-801,

It shall be unlawful for any person to become or remain an inmate,
guest, or employee in any bawdy house or house of prostitution, or
to attend or visit any such house for the purpose of illicit sexual
activity. (Neb. RS 28-801, 28-804)

It shall be unlawful for any person to perform, offer or agree
to perform any act of sexual penetration, as defined in Subdivision
(6) of Neb. RS 28-318, with any person not his or her spouse in exchange
for money or other things of value. (Neb. RS 28-801) (Class 5 - citation
in lieu of arrest)
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons over the age
of 18 years to commit any indecent or immoral act, or to appear in
any public place in improper clothing, or not decently garbed. It
shall be unlawful for any person or persons to sell or convey any
indecent and obscene books, pictures, or films, or to take part in
any indecent, lascivious, or obscene show, play, theatrical exhibition,
or other form of entertainment that is shocking to the public morals.

Except as otherwise provided herein, any person who violates
the prohibitions or provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty
of a violation. The penalty for such violation shall be an amount
not to exceed $500 for any one offense, recoverable with costs, and
in default of said payment the offender shall stand committed to the
County Jail until such fine and costs are paid. Each period of 24
hours during or on which a violation occurs or continues shall be
deemed a separate offense.
