The Town Board may, by resolution, authorize the Supervisor to deduct from the salary or wage of any Town employee payroll deductions including, but not limited to:
A. 
An amount specified in writing of such officer or employee for transmittal of same to a trustee, administrator or manager of an individual retirement account ("I.R.A.") as authorized by the Federal Tax Reform Act of 1981;
B. 
Disability insurance payments;
C. 
New York State disability insurance;
D. 
Union dues;
E. 
Insurance;
F. 
Direct deposits;
G. 
"WISE" Program for Homeowners and Automobile Insurance;
H. 
Credit union;
I. 
Deferred compensation; and
J. 
Such other payroll deductions as needed and/or convenient.

A. 
The minimum amount of the deduction and transmittal as authorized by § 44-1A shall be $10 each pay period and shall continue until revoked or canceled in writing by the officer or employee.
B. 
Except as otherwise provided above, the minimum amount of deductions and transmittals as authorized by § 44-1 shall be determined by the Supervisor.
The form for authorizing the salary or wage deduction shall be prescribed by the Supervisor which shall contain space for entry of the name of the officer or employee, the amount of deduction, the name of the trustee, administrator or manager of the I.R.A., the signature of the officer or employee and such other information as the Supervisor may require.
