No person shall undertake any tree harvesting or logging without
having first applied for and received a written permit from the Town
of Binghamton Superintendent of Highways. A fee of $200 is required
to be paid prior to the issuance of a permit, together with a surety
bond for each permit in the amount of $2,000,000 in favor of the Superintendent
of Highways and the Town of Binghamton guaranteeing completion of
all required reclamation and road repair with respect to said tree
harvesting and logging operations. The above bond amount is subject
to a reduction upon application to and approval by the Town Board.

having first applied for and received a written permit from the Town
of Binghamton Superintendent of Highways. A fee of $200 is required
to be paid prior to the issuance of a permit, together with a surety
bond for each permit in the amount of $2,000,000 in favor of the Superintendent
of Highways and the Town of Binghamton guaranteeing completion of
all required reclamation and road repair with respect to said mineral
rights extraction operations. The above bond amount is subject to
